Formal Representation

Formal representation is the activity of a representative on behalf of and in favor of the person represented to third parties.

The protective nature of activities is generally implied, but not always necessary. This is especially evident in the implementation of such a type of representation as legal representation, where it is assumed that the legal representative carries out his activities in favor of the principal.

In practice, it is not infrequent that an unprepared person, even three times right, lost the case because there was no competent adviser nearby.

We have wide experience in representing the clients' interests even without their participation.
